Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and Autobotix governing access to our SaaS products, agent infrastructure, and consulting services (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services are intended for business use. You confirm you are authorised to bind your organisation and will keep credentials confidential.

• No unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing activity.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or load testing without consent.
• No use of the Services to send spam, malware, or to harass any person.
• You are responsible for content and instructions you submit to AI agents.

Fees are quoted on Order Forms. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled 30 days before renewal. Usage in excess of plan limits is billed at the prevailing overage rate.

We own the Services and all related IP. You retain ownership of your data and content. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to deliver the Services.

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same care as its own — and never less than reasonable care.

The Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI outputs require human review for high-stakes decisions.

Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days. Sections that by nature should survive will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, have exclusive jurisdiction. For EU customers, mandatory local consumer protections also apply.
