Autobotix (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates autobotix.pro and provides AI automation infrastructure to businesses. We act as a Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and as a Data Controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) where applicable.

• Identifiers you provide: name, business email, phone, company.
• Communications you send via forms, email, or chat.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device, pages viewed.
• Usage analytics from privacy-friendly tooling (no third-party ad cookies).

To respond to inquiries, deliver contracted services, send transactional notices, improve our products, and meet legal obligations. We never sell personal data and never use it to train public AI models.

We process data based on your explicit consent, legitimate interest in operating our business, contract performance, and legal obligation — whichever applies to the specific processing.

You may access, correct, erase, or port your data, withdraw consent, and lodge a grievance with our Data Protection Officer at privacy@autobotix.pro. Indian users may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose collected, or as required by law. Inquiry data is purged after 24 months of inactivity.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Access is role-based and audited. We notify affected users and authorities within 72 hours of a confirmed breach.

Data may be processed in India, the EU, and the US under Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
